Taught over 200 students engineering concepts across four year-long and eight semester sections. Generated a curriculum emphasizing important developments in a variety of engineering fields as well as the development of the necessary soft skills to be successful in today’s workplace. Created an Agile classroom environment and planned curriculum innovations utilizing sprints. Facilitated moving students to an Agile SCRUM method of planning, working, and managing projects. Instigated an underwater robotics program as well as obtained county money to purchase Cue robotics for students to program, promoting the learning of new coding languages.

Modernized the technology curriculum in Chesterfield County Public Schools to include coding and Google applications. Developed a Kindergarten through 5th grade coding program which I implemented in three elementary schools within Chesterfield County.

Facilitated the completion of disability accommodations for students at the school’s Chicago and Online campuses. Worked directly with the Division of Student Affairs to assist both domestic and international students on all four campuses. Played an integral role in providing excellent student service, maintaining websites and information databases, managing faculty grants, assisting with the developing of divisional programming, conducting research, and serving as a resource for professors and domestic and international students.
As a former educator I have a great love for learning and growth. Below you will find my formal education. In addition to my formal education I have pursued several courses of study for no degree; this includes a pro-intensive course on programming with python through Codecaemy, as well as courses via coursera in my pursuit of a ScrumMaster Certification.
