I’m a former teacher who aspires to solve problems greater than myself. I aspire to create beautiful things and share them. I aspire to be challenged and mentored.

Engineering Teacher

2016 - 2018
Taught over 200 students engineering concepts across four year-long and eight semester sections. Generated a curriculum emphasizing important developments in a variety of engineering fields as well as the development of the necessary soft skills to be successful in today’s workplace. Created an Agile classroom environment and planned curriculum innovations utilizing sprints. Facilitated moving students to an Agile SCRUM method of planning, working, and managing projects. Instigated an underwater robotics program as well as obtained county money to purchase Cue robotics for students to program, promoting the learning of new coding languages.
Chesterfield County

Technology Resource Teacher

2015 - 2016
Modernized the technology curriculum in Chesterfield County Public Schools to include coding and Google applications. Developed a Kindergarten through 5th grade coding program which I implemented in three elementary schools within Chesterfield County.
